Happy Thanksgiving! With Turkey Day preparations well underway, we thought we would continue the holiday cheer and share some inspiring stories from our members. 

Whether you're traveling across the country, jumping in the car, or staying local, don't forget to take some time for you this weekend. Holiday weekends don't come often and one of the best things you can do for your health is get a little R & R.

Trying to trim down? Remember, Thanksgiving dinner is just one meal, one day of the year, and unlikely to tip the scale in the wrong direction. We say enjoy that pie and the time with your loved ones!
